Hard Copy Documents

The HCA’s Secretary holds approximately two boxes of older files, which include older minutes, newsletters, and original governance documents. The HCA’s Treasurer holds some historical financial documents. The HCA’s Architectural Liaison holds documents pertaining to prior project reviews. The HCA’s Real Estate Liaison holds documents from older real estate transactions. From time to time, the Board reviews and destroys older documents. As of 2021, very few hard copy documents are generated and the HCA hosts its digital files in a Google Drive folder.
