Please join IN-PERSON if you are able. We will do our best to accommodate a hybrid meeting using Zoom. One item that will occur at the General Membership meeting will be a call for volunteers to serve on the Board, and to be voted on by Members. There will also be updates related to Flock Safety Cameras.

Board Meetings

Board meetings are generally held on the last Monday of each month from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM with adjustments for holidays, reschedules, or cancellations (see schedule below). Any homeowner may join, and please contact the board if you wish to attend and if you have an agenda item. When in-person meetings are held, they are at the Trudeau Training Center at 11500 Skyline Blvd.

A homeowner general membership meeting is held each year at 7:00 PM. In 2023, the meeting is Monday, November 27. Additional general or special meetings may be held at other times.

All homeowners are encouraged to attend to find out important information from the Board, meet neighbors, and hear from informative guest speakers on a variety of topics. In person meetings are held at the Trudeau Training Center 11500 Skyline Blvd. Main Room and refreshments are served.
